It is not a mental health service, a crisis line, a counseling resource, or a therapeutic platform. It does not provide professional advice of any kind.

The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is referenced in our footer as a resource for users who need immediate support. That reference does not constitute a service provided by this site.

Messages on this site are anonymous and unverified. We do not verify the authorship, truth, intent, origin, or meaning of any submitted message. Messages may be personal, fictional, symbolic, AI-assisted, AI-generated, copied, or false.

By submitting a message, you grant TheUnspokenWords.com a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that message anonymously on this platform and any successor platforms.

The following content is prohibited and will be removed:

• Real names, phone numbers, physical addresses, or identifying details of any person
• Email addresses or URLs
• Threats of violence or harm toward any person
• Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting a person based on identity
• Harassment, doxxing, or targeted revenge content
• Sexual content involving minors
• Specific instructions for self-harm, suicide methods, or violence
• Encouragement of suicide or self-harm directed at any person
• Content facilitating illegal activity

The site reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

TheUnspokenWords.com operates as a platform, not a publisher. It does not review submitted content before it appears. It moderates content after publication through automated filtering and community reporting, in good faith and to the best of its ability. The platform is not liable for user-submitted content under applicable law, including Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

All tips to this site are optional and voluntary. Tips are not charitable donations and are not paid to individual writers or message contributors. One-time tips are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through Stripe; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Annual sponsor listings are active for the calendar year in which they are purchased and reset on January 1 of the following year. Annual listings are not automatically renewed.

All sponsor listings are text only. No images, logos, URLs, or promotional language. The site reserves the right to decline any listing that conflicts with the tone, values, or content policies of this space.
